As for the cake, I think it really depends on your tolerance for chocolate. It was definitely very rich and dense, but I wouldn't say it was too chocolatey. And if you've got the time, once you get the three layers put together in the springform pan, try sticking the whole thing in the freezer, instead of the fridge. When I made it, I just refrigerated it for an hour, and I found that the mousse in the middle still started to ooze out a little bit while I was frosting it. Happy baking!
