A few years ago, I was faced with a choice: pharmacy school or culinary school? In the end, I chose pharmacy school. Aside from the obvious difference in pay, and the fact that I love science ever so slightly more than I love cooking, I figured, I can always be a pharmacist who cooks on the side, but I can’t really be a chef who practices pharmacy on the side. Well…legally, at least. This blog is dedicated to the baking-on-the-side portion of my life as I make my way through four treacherous years of pharmacy school.
